Jordan and his crew did a great job! Called him for a small project(new tile in bathroom). He was very communicative and punctual! They got the job done in 1 day(tile and grout). Very reasonable price and I would definitely use him again!

The guys over at G3 framed in my house for me on a new build, I used to do GC work so I know the difference between messy clean when it comes to a process and a jobsite. Jordan who I believe is the owner, is very straight forward and doesn’t hide anything, which is awesome because as a home owner your mind is at ease knowing you can reach out with any question and expect the same answer you’d get from a good friend. The guys he has working for him never leave trash, and are very respectful and polite. These young men are ambitious and hardworking….Will use them on all of my upcoming renovations in the future!

Hired Jordan to install Rockwool insulation in the wall of a nursery because I heard from a friend it was noise resistant and would blunt sound from a noisy water heater on the other side. He and his team were awesome to work with! The job was professionally managed and beautifully executed. It didn’t 100% solve our noise issue, so Jordan went above and beyond and installed a solution on the backend of our water heater. He even called a plumber in his network to inspect the water heater to see if there was anything else that could possibly be done. He really cares and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!

Jordan was very helpful and quick to aide me in an oven install this week. I was in need and he came to my rescue. He told me no job was too small.. and he meant it!! I will definitely be calling him for my next job for sure!! Be sure to reach out for your home needs! Very professional!!

Jordan and his team have made so many improvements to my house that has made it the home it is today. They are very timely and reasonably priced, which I appreciate since I have had contractors in the past that have been a no show.

Jordan has helped us with a few things around our new house.. first he came in a hurry when we had issues with our dryer hook-up on move in day, then he installed a patio fan a few months later, and most recently he installed 4 light fixtures in our kitchen/dining room. We highly recommend his company and we will definitely reach out to him for future projects.

We hired G3 Construction & Design to build a privacy screen and install an outdoor curtain rod for our pergola. After seeing all the great reviews of them on fb, we decided to give them a try, and so glad we did! Upon meeting Ritchie and Jordan, we had a good feeling about them. Ritchie is the foreman, he had a lot of great suggestions and he showed he really cared about our project. The team did an excellent job installing the cedar planks, staining them and getting them up very high to the top of the pergola. I asked them, aside from the job, to help staple up a small piece of loose netting on our back balcony. They did so without charging us. We would use them again for any renovation, and we will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Highly recommend!

G3 built a spectacular deck for our tiny house at a reasonable price. The crew was friendly and communication about the project was consistent. They showed up with a smile when they said they would and worked M-Sat to get the job completed quickly. Jordan and Jose were amazing with helping us problem solve and improving the project. Any issues we had were handled with patience and problems were addressed promptly. I really can’t say enough about this crew. They clearly enjoy what they do and take pride in the final product. My husband and I had a great experience working with Jordan and his team. They did the demolition work for our recent kitchen remodel and came back to install our tile backsplash and finish the trim work. They were on time, friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. We very much appreciated that they put down protection for our flooring and countertops and other surfaces and made a special effort the last day to finish up before we had to head out of town. They worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted with the tile, and the finished product is beautiful. We are planning to work with them again on our next project and are grateful that we can rely on Jordan’s advice and expertise each step of the way. Highly recommend.

We recently had Jordan and the G3 team work on a kitchen project for us, and we are really pleased with the results. Jordan’s craftsmanship truly shines, particularly with the custom built-in cabinet he designed for our mud room. The cabinet not only provides ample functional storage but also doubles as a wine and liquor cabinet. Additionally, it includes a convenient space for charging our devices and storing all our extra lawn equipment batteries in a neat and organized way. Jordan also replaced our kitchen backsplash with a stunning marble herringbone pattern. His patience and attention to detail were evident as he made multiple adjustments until it met our very high standards. The result is a fresh, elegant look that has transformed the feel of our kitchen. Another improvement was the replacement of our kitchen faucet and RO system faucet with a brand-new set. This change has elevated the overall functionality and appearance of our kitchen, making a noticeable difference. Throughout the project, we appreciated Jordan’s dedication, excellent communication, and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Jordan and Richie were great to work with! My wrought iron gate and fence were damaged by a delivery driver. I sent them pictures and Richie came out immediately (Easter Sunday no less) to take my gate off so it wouldn’t fall on any cars or animals. Richie is dealing with the insurance company for me and they will be out to fix it as soon as the insurance money comes through. They are both professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be using them for any work I need in the future.

It only took 2 days to install. . They were great helping me move my furniture and return it to the correct place. The workers were profesional, cleaned up their mess, and were very trustworthy.
