We recently had Jordan and the G3 team work on a kitchen project for us, and we are really pleased with the results. Jordan’s craftsmanship truly shines, particularly with the custom built-in cabinet he designed for our mud room. The cabinet not only provides ample functional storage but also doubles as a wine and liquor cabinet. Additionally, it includes a convenient space for charging our devices and storing all our extra lawn equipment batteries in a neat and organized way. Jordan also replaced our kitchen backsplash with a stunning marble herringbone pattern. His patience and attention to detail were evident as he made multiple adjustments until it met our very high standards. The result is a fresh, elegant look that has transformed the feel of our kitchen. Another improvement was the replacement of our kitchen faucet and RO system faucet with a brand-new set. This change has elevated the overall functionality and appearance of our kitchen, making a noticeable difference. Throughout the project, we appreciated Jordan’s dedication, excellent communication, and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Jordan and Richie were great to work with! My wrought iron gate and fence were damaged by a delivery driver. I sent them pictures and Richie came out immediately (Easter Sunday no less) to take my gate off so it wouldn’t fall on any cars or animals. Richie is dealing with the insurance company for me and they will be out to fix it as soon as the insurance money comes through. They are both professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be using them for any work I need in the future.

Hired Jordan to install Rockwool insulation in the wall of a nursery because I heard from a friend it was noise resistant and would blunt sound from a noisy water heater on the other side. He and his team were awesome to work with! The job was professionally managed and beautifully executed. It didn’t 100% solve our noise issue, so Jordan went above and beyond and installed a solution on the backend of our water heater. He even called a plumber in his network to inspect the water heater to see if there was anything else that could possibly be done. He really cares and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!

Jordan and his team did a amazing job on my kitchen remodel

My husband and I had a great experience working with Jordan and his team. They did the demolition work for our recent kitchen remodel and came back to install our tile backsplash and finish the trim work. They were on time, friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. We very much appreciated that they put down protection for our flooring and countertops and other surfaces and made a special effort the last day to finish up before we had to head out of town. They worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted with the tile, and the finished product is beautiful. We are planning to work with them again on our next project and are grateful that we can rely on Jordan’s advice and expertise each step of the way. Highly recommend.

We hired G3 Construction & Design to build a privacy screen and install an outdoor curtain rod for our pergola. After seeing all the great reviews of them on fb, we decided to give them a try, and so glad we did! Upon meeting Ritchie and Jordan, we had a good feeling about them. Ritchie is the foreman, he had a lot of great suggestions and he showed he really cared about our project. The team did an excellent job installing the cedar planks, staining them and getting them up very high to the top of the pergola. I asked them, aside from the job, to help staple up a small piece of loose netting on our back balcony. They did so without charging us. We would use them again for any renovation, and we will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Highly recommend!
